3G and 4G towers installation in INDIA

I am Navneet frm India. I want to ask that is MOBILITIE company installing some towers here in India(State-Uttar pradesh, District- Meerut).There was advertisement in newspaper about it & when we called they are asking for Rs 13,500 (4G)as registration fee. Is this money given to them before tower installation. I can attach the documents (pdf and doc formats)such as satellite survey picture etc. if u can verify the same.

Sir,
Can you tell me whether crown castle tower company is really operating in india?? If so then they have demanded rs2150 registration charge for tower installation..can you please help me in this case?? Their emai as provided is infocrowncastle@gmail.com...they have also send some attachments regarding their mode of operation and fees. Also they have claimed to visit their site through www.crowncastle.com...please reply sir immediately....

Clearly it is not legitimate if they are asking for a registration fee. Use common sense.
