99 yr. cell tower lease buyout from tower company

by Homer
(large city in Texas)

Since the past owner already accepted a 99 yr. lease buyout, do I as the new owner of the property have any options available? Is the tower company required to pay partial property taxes due to their long lease? Are their any circumstances that could cause the lease to be renegoiated or canceled. In the future if cell tower company wants to tear down the old tower and build a new one would that be grounds for renegotiation?
