Cell tower lease cap rates
by: Tower Genius

If you're asking about the range of lease rental rates, these are the factors that come into play. They depend on which market you are in, where you are located, what competing cell sites are in the area, ease of construction, and the local zoning code.

If you are asking about the lease buyout rate of a rooftop cellular site in a metropolitan area it depends on the terms of your lease, the rating of the carrier that you have your lease with and the depth of the terms (duration of deal, do they have right to additional revenues from additional carriers, etc.) We need additional information. Please give us a call to maximize the deal either way.
