A cell tower company has negotiated an agreement. Now, we have learned that they used a lot more of the land that was negotiated. The cell tower company has acknowledged the error. WHat would be the best approached to resolve this matter?

Sorry Lisa it's football season again. Sounds like you are in a very good position. We just negotiated a favorable outcome for a landlord with T-Mobile where the carrier had exceeded their square footage significantly.

We need to take a look at the terms of the lease that you agreed to and see what the specific details were of the expansion. It is likely an opportunity to bump up the rent but also tighten up the lease terms if needed.
