Cell tower construction, marketing and leasing?

by Anonymous
(Lancaster Ca)

How do we go about leasing our property for a cell tower? We are on 500 plus acres and in a cellular dead zone.

Before you can enter into cell tower lease negotiations... NEW
by: Steve

You need to get your site looked at, and approved by a carrier's RF (Radio Frequency) Engineering Dept. Once they show interest in your site they will present you with a cell tower lease. My site talks about this in detail.

1. You can tell a cell phone carrier about your property on your own.

2. You can have a company like AirWave do it for you. Airwave Management is focused on helping landlords market collocation sites, that is, wireless landlords who are already receiving rent from a carrier who are looking to get additional revenue. Airwave Mgt. currently only helps Towns, Cities, Municipalities to develop and manage their cell tower bids and market those site to carriers.

Good luck.
