cell tower lease buy outs

by peter kowalchuk

On the roof of our Condominium apartment building we have 4 cell company antenna leasses. Generating $95,000
per annum net income.

What could we anticipate $ wise for these long term leases in a buy out arrangement?

It depends on the carriers....

The valuation regarding the sale of cell site cash flow depends on a few factors... even the various carriers are rated slightly different. Give us a call so we can ask you a few questions and provide the proper guidance. We can also introduce you to the firms that we know are currently providing the best offers.
