Finding a cell tower tenant

by David
(New York, NY)

I am a real estate investor looking seriously at acquiring a mixed-use building in a very high-traffic corner location in Nassau County, NY. I am inquiring about the potential of landing a cell tower tenant at this site. It's a two story building.
