I have AT&T on my rooftop. Looking for additional carriers.

I'd like to increase my rooftop revenue by adding at lease one or two more cellular tenants to the site. We have plenty of space. AT&T is paying close to $2,300 per month to be on my building and we control the space. Can your company help find more carriers for us or do you only provide rooftop management services?

We need to look at what AT&T controls on your rooftop and review the language that relates to subleasing usually found in the Assignment paragraph. If all is kosher than we can help you no doubt.
