lease agreement proposal

We are being offered a $1,000 per month lease on property along I-40 in Tennessee, just outside of Memphis, TN. It is a five year lease with renewable option exgtending to 40 years and a 10% increase each five-year term.

Is this a reasonable offer?

Memphis Area cell tower lease rates etc
by: Tower Genius

Thanks for the question. The rental price without knowing any specific details is "OK".

the price can vary depending on a few of these factors:

1. Are you dealing with a tower developer or dealing direct with a carrier representative?

2. Where is it located?

3. What are they trying to cover?

The terms they are offering however are NOT up to industry standards.

Please call us to discuss.
