Mobilitie Lease Buyout

I was approached to sell my lease agreement cash flow for a tower I have on my property that is owned by Mobilitie. The offer is from a third party and is roughly seven times my cash flow at the site.... is this a good deal? I could use the money to buy a building that is for sale but I do not want to give this deal away either.

That is the low end for buyout agreements. You also need to look at the deal and see if they are just buying the lease or the perpetual easement at your property.

We can help you maximize your value and see if the deal is worth your effort. In this economy it could be better from a tax and cash flow perspective to sell the leases and purchase a revenue generating property. You can't control if a carrier is going to stay at your site. As more capacity sites are built by each network your cell tower site may become obsolete or less needed than it was in the past. This way the company purchasing your lease assume the risk.
