Non Payment from Contractor on AT&T Project

I'm a subcontractor that has completed work on 43 sites in Texas and signed a lien release form from the contractor. The project was in contract for a net 30 terms. It has now been 245 days and have only received about 20% of payment and cannot get the contractor to pay the rest. I have contacted the turf vendor, but still they have not had any success on getting this completed. Question is with signing the lien release, is there any other options I have to collect payment or to speed this process up? The contractor is also out of Texas and the remaining balance is over there small claims court limit.

Sorry can't help you with that. Sounds like they need some sugar in their gas tank.
