Purchasing a home with a cell tower already in place.

by Chris

I am looking at an older piece of property with a small building already placed on the land. Thats my primary interest in the land. However, there is a cell tower erected on the land already. Would I, as possible owner of the land, be entitled to a payment from the cell tower company, and if so, how does that begin and payout?

Regarding your purchase of a home with an existing cell tower, it depends on what your purchase agreement and title states. Did the previous owner sell their cash flow or easement on the property? Please give us a call at 888-313-9750.
