Rooftop sites and Solar Energy.....

I am a property owner with multiple warehouse, office parks and strip mall shopping facilities in my portfolio. I am looking for a firm to not only advise me as to wireless site leasing but also someone who can attract solar companies to my sites and help negotiate deals for green energy at our locations. Is this a service you provide or is there someone you can recommend. Most of my properties are located in New Jersey, California, North Carolina and Texas.
