Four ugly eye soars on top of the hospital.

Bell Mobility CDMA, along with UMTS antennas, coax to fibre and DC power boxes are located on top of the St. Joseph's hospital in Sarnia, Ontario. This site broadcasts quite the distance down London Rd. and surrounding area. There are six poles in total, these 4 pictured, point North, East and West. The other two point towards the south end of town.

Yeah, in the southwestern part of Ontario, it's very rare that you will see the panels blend in with the building or surroundings. So it's very easy to spot where a cell site is.

Ever notice those signs in the hospitals that say, "turn off your cell phones?" Funny but all the doctors and nurses have their cell phones turned on.

I really like this cell site pictures. The hospital is ugly to start out with. The carrier actually would have had to come up with an ugly skin covering for the site to match the facade of the hospital.

In most cases when a carrier mounts their cellular antennas on a hospital or on places like hotels, they try to blend in their antennas and equipment shelters on the rooftop with paneling similar to the look and feel of the building.

But not in this case.

Great cellular site image - this gets 5 stars!
