they are asking to submit 24900 . and already take 1100 for regs fee

Hi

I am rama kumar from Delhi ..
I have also got call from Aggarwal tower pvt ltd  ..  they insure the people ..  they will take roof on rent for mobile tower .. first submit 1100 rupee registration fee.  which I have submit .  After few day they send speed post from other tower company add .. they using fraud stamp paper also ..   and said submit 24900 for Noc of tower and 15 lac will be credit in 30 mint from company for advance ... I have checked on internet many fraud cases updated regarding this  .  And tower company regularly giving adv. In news paper .. they are not giving address  & Any detail .. and then info his company address was wrong they using abuse language . 
And also complain in 100 no. But didn't get reply .. also online update in Delhi police site .
