Verizon wireless wants to upgrade their antennas....

Verizon Wireless wants to add antennas and equipment at a building that I own in Verona, NJ. I assumed this lease when I purchased the building a year ago and their lease terms and price are below market. Can I leverage their need for their upgrade to improve my lease terms? I think they are calling this upgrade the LTE Project.

Sal,
I would need to evaluate your Verizon wireless lease to see what Verizon's rights are at the site compared with their plan for expansion. If they need to obtain more space as per the agreement, we can help to fix many of the terms and make sure you are getting a fair value for the deal. Remember that wireless leases are different than a general commercial lease and there is some vocabulary that the carriers need in their agreements.
