Wantage, New Jersey

Really???

Really???

Apparently this one is providing much needed income to the Colesville Volunteer Fire Company but, really, is it even worth trying to make it look like a tree?

Lattice look better....
by: Ralph in New Hampshire

Lattice towers look better than "tree poles" in rural areas with heavy tree cover and offer more flexibility for expansion. Thats why towns need to make their zoning code more flexible and look at each site individually instead of a blanket rule for a camo site.

Cell tower tree - hugger
by: Tower Genius

Yes, we at Tower Genius are tree huggers. Cell tower tree huggers that is. The town's zoning board made sure that they put up a tree not the guys at the fire department. Yes, a regular tower would look better, but try explaining it to someone of superior intellect who is an elected official.
