How much longer do you think rooftops will be the venue for antennae, etc., equipment? I'm trying to imagine how much longer we will be making money off of our rooftop.

Rooftops will be used for wireless applications for many years after I am long dead and I am a healthy 40 year old. Some rooftop cellular sites will be removed by carriers due to factors such as the number of additional sites placed around them, consolidation due to mergers and the cost of operating a particular cell site.

To really understand the probability of a site being taken down a study must be done involving RF Engineering, network analysis, construction cost estimates, zoning and the availability of replacement sites. We perform these studies and so far have a 100% accuracy rating. The cost of the report is very affordable and could save you hundreds of thousands of dollars over the long haul. Even if you site looks like it could be a strong candidate for being removed you may be able to sell your lease to a cash flow company so that they assume the long term risks. Give us a call....888-313-9750... we don't bite and our initial consultation is free. What do you have to lose?
