Existing cell tower on purchased land

I have purchased property at a tax sale and found an existing cell tower on the property. The cell company states they paid a one time lease for the property. Do I have any rights to force a new lease? I did see somewhere about a "run with the land" lease. Land is in Shreveport, LA and cell company is in Boca Raton, FL. Thanks!

Perpetual purchase of cell tower rights...

You would have to send us the paperwork for us to see what transpired. It is possible that the previous owner took a one time buyout but I believe that they would have needed to get the previous mortgage holders approval in an NDA. Call us so we can give you some guidance once we have a bit more information.
