how to find carriers interested in our land for a site

How do we get our 3 properties on a list to find out if there is any interest for a cell tower site. We own 40 acres overlooking Escondido in southern California. The other 2 sites are on 2 manufactured home parks that we own in Medford, Oregon

Go to the following page on our website, there is a navigation button on the left side of the page, 6th down from the top that says:


Get A Cell Site

and that will take you to a page where we have links to the real estate contact forms, and email addresses of the real estate cell tower development departments of several major carriers and tower companies. Bookmark that page into your favorites and then you need to submit your property information to them individually. I would repeat the process every 6 months. Although you may have great locations, it still can be a 1:1,000 chance of being selected for a cell tower. If you are fortunate enough to get positive feedback from them please call us, we can help you at that point with the lease agreement.
