Lease my property to built a tower

I own a 1 acre of land in Citrus County , Fl, I am willing to change my Zoning and remove all existing buildings on property if it is profitable to lease it out,My property is on a major road. It is also one of the highest allocated pieces of land in the county, I already found out from the county that it will not be a problem to change this land to Commercial.

A******n Tower is one of the W***T developers of tower sites and the leases they sign with land owners are l*******e. Any tower company worth their salt will pay the development cost but do your research on who you do business with and fight for lease terms that are fair for both sides. Be sure to include a good annual increase in rents paid to the landowner for cost of living increase and make sure that it is written that if the tower company defaults payment that YOU now own the tower, AND the tower company has to pay to remove the tower and footings. GOOD LUCK

Cell Tower development in Citrus County? NEW

Dear Patrice in Citrus County Florida:

Please DO NOT spend any of your own money on changing the zoning of your property or removing any structures in order to make your site more attractive for future cell tower development. It is almost 100% certain that it's a bad idea. If you are lucky enough to have your site selected by a carrier LET THEM pay for all development costs.

Your best bet may be to submit your site to a company like American Tower and see if they are interested in your site.
