I am the executrix of my grandfathers estate. There is a large cell tower on the property. We are looking at options to sell the property. Where do we start? There is a lease on the tower based on what my grandfather's paperwork shows until 2030.

Anonymous... give us a call and see if we try the hard sell or ask you for any form of payment before we have looked at your information and given you a professional assessment of what we can do for you and what our suggested course of action would be . I would expect you to then spend the time to post your findings just as you did when you falsely stated that we were looking to charge people for our initial consultation.

I have looked at many comments on this site in attempts to learn something about cell tower leases from the "experts" and the only comment the folks from Tower Genius ever post is,
"It's complicated. Give us a call so we can help you and charge you for it."
Editor's Note: Sorry that somebody is having a bad day. You've got it all wrong, Anonymous. The first consultation is always free. We only charge you the 2nd time after you hire us. Our track record has shown that the angry people who leave negative feedback are usually the site acquisition leasing consultants who get their butt's handed to them in negotiations after unsuccessfully trying to rip off a landlord. Funny, that has happened twice this week already... Feel free to start your own website and review thousands of blog posts, moderate and answer over 700 reader questions.
