Rooftop cellular site lease rates in NYC will vary by carrier. Take into consideration that they are usually not trying to cover large areas, rather the rooftop cell sites are engineered to cover specific streets, intersections, etc.

With that being said, it's still all about supply and demand. Depending on the carrier, the range is pretty broad, but they will usually offer you anywhere from $18,000 - $30,000 yearly.
