Lease termination

by Alan
(NH)

Some idiot from “American Tower“ sent me letter asking to reduce their lease payment by 50% as we where partners and they wanted to give me an opertunity to work with them to save costs !

I told them I was their landlord not their partner and if they didn’t want to pay the contracted amout when would they like to pick their sh!# up?

What’s with this crap ? And how do we spell
STUPID ?
