10 ×10 fibra optic building

Hillsboro telephone co. wants a 100yr. Lease on our property to put up a 10x10
fibro optic building. They hope to lease approx. 30 sq. Ft. This is in Vernon co.
we have no idea what to charge them. We're not even sure at this time if we want it there. They are offering $600 one time payment. We feel that is an insult.
Would you be able to give us some information on this, such as how much other telephone co. Are paying for this type of arrangement?

That's crazy.

We specialize in communication tower leases not telco buildings but a 100 year lease is crazy and for the money they are out of their minds. Tell them

ABSOLUTELY NO, FORGET ABOUT IT.

This is a huge encumbrance on your land. I think the Native Americans actually were paid more by the Dutch for the Island of Manhattan.
