ATT / T-mobile merger

We have Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint/Nextel on a very good site.

I had three calls the day after ATT announced its planned merger with T-mobile regarding buying my leases at record prices.
My question is are there inherent increased buildouts on a tower such as mine that "might" increase rents on a tower such as mine. And if so, what would they be?

I am just about to sell my leases but it would be a shame to do it right now if I might get an increase in rent in another year or two in addition to the 5% escalators.

Be sure your deal is really that good.....

Unless your lease is up for renewal the carriers are not going to increase your rent.

Be careful... not all of these buyout deals are equal and some of the folks approaching you may not be the type of company you want to do business with. Call us to discuss your deal and we can make sure that the deal you are getting is as good as you think or we may be able to maximize it for you.
