How is the square footage of antennas calculated, if installed on roof parapet wall?

They do not normally include it is the square footage calc.

They usually are not included in the calculation as the carriers usually phrase their lease language to say something like
"..450 square feet at the Property for the installation, operation and maintenance of communications equipment; together with such additional space on the roof of the Building sufficient for the installation, operation and maintenance of antennas (; together with such additional space within the Building and on the roof of the Building for the installation, operation and maintenance of wires, cables, conduits and pipes running between and among the Equipment Space and Antenna Space and to all necessary electrical, gas and telephone utility sources located within the Building or on the Property"....

Now if they have added additional antennas that are not included in their lease exhibits that would be a different animal.
