cell tower improvements during lease term & capital compensation

by Doug P
(Arlington TX)

One of the leasees will be making major improvements to the tower on our property. This property is several acres & includes our home.

Given their timeline of 4-5 full days, the fact they will be blocking &/or interfering with our ability to get in/out of our driveway any reason we shouldn't request & expect compensation for us being inconvenienced, noise factor, etc.

And no there is not anything in the lease that says they have to pay but we have had the cell company offer us compensation. Over the years there have been many personnel changes & this particular contact has not offered (I'm not surprised either).

Your thoughts.
