Cell tower in the Philippines

This coming March 2018, is the expiration ofcontract of the cell tower company,in my land in batangas for the past 10 years. The rent of the tower is 10,000 pesos a month . What is the ideal amount of rental for another 10 years .

Hi Carlo,

If I were you, I will ask for P50K a month and negotiate from there. Also instead for 10 years, ask for 5 years so you can negotiate again after 5 years. Ask for an escalation rate of 5% a year. I heard some cell site towers are rented in urban centers for more than that. Good luck.
