Cell Tower Lease Buyout Offers

by X
(confidential)

We have 2 cell tower lease buyout offers in front of us now that we are looking at. We have a cell tower and got a phone call and subsequent offer for lump sum cash payment for our cell tower lease with T-Mobile from a company called Unison Sites. The offer was pretty good but then we decided to get another opinion so we shopped their offer to another one of these companies call AP Wireless Infrastructure Partners to see what kind of lease buyout they would give us. Without telling you the dollar amount, both of these buyout offers for a perpetual easement were about $5,000 apart from each other and seemed pretty similar. Then sales guys were explaining to me why I should take their offers etc etc. Can you compare the offers for us or help us? Both offers are good but we are not crazy about some of the terms and way the buyouts are structured.

Buyout offers
by: Anthony

I'd like to talk to you about offers my wife and I have been getting on the cell tower on our property. The offers keep going up but I don't know if we should sell or not, or just wait until the lease expires to extend the lease. We get calls every month to sell.

APWIP? Unison? WCP? Others?
by: Clark

I get letters from Unison and some of the other firms like ComCap pretty frequently.

What's the difference between AP Wireless Infrastructure Partners, CCG, Wireless Capital Partners and Unison Site Management?

Are these companies really that much different and are their lease buyout offers very similar?

How do these companies know how to find me?

Before deciding between AP Wireless and Unison, it might be in your best interest to give Wireless Capital Partners a call. Wireless Capital Partners also advances capital against cellular leases; however unlike Unison and AP Wireless we do not take an easement.

I'd be happy to discuss your options with you and work up a competitive proposal. WCP is the largest private holder of cell sites in the US and we have the expertise needed to ensure you get the maximum payout from your lease(s). I can be reached at 310-xxx-xxxx (office) or 555-555-5555 (cell). In the event you would prefer email, no-name@wirelesscapital.com

Referrals and testimonials available upon request.
