MY HUSBAND AND I OWN A MIXED USED BUILDING WITH JOINT TENANT WITH RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP
IN QUEENS NEW YORK .

THERE'S A CELL TOWER LEASE IN MY HUSBAND NAME ONLY.

WILL I BE THE OWNER OF THE CELL TOWER LEASE IF MY HUSBAND PASSAWAY?

The carriers or tower companies will pay the legal entity that is listed as the owner of the property or to a third part who is identified as the recipient of lease payments by the legal property owner.
