Hi, we have a 100 unit apartment complex in at the entrace and exit of the expressway to a fast growing suburb in the Orlando Florida area. after briefyl talking to another consultant we we told that the the site is a viable cellular site. the question we have is is it possible to hire someone like your self and outsource the construction and leasing with carriers while retaining full control of proceeds from the tower as opposed to just doing a land lease? if so do you offer these services or can reccomend someone that does as opposed to just leasing out the land to a tower company?

Sure you can hire us to build a tower for you and oversee the project management and you will have a world class tower The problem is that there is no guarantee that any of the carriers will need to utilize it.

You need to go directly to the carriers and see if they will sign a letter of intern with you to build a tower on your land. You have a better chance of finding a needle in a haystack or a dead person that votes republican in Chicago.
