Early Termination of Lease

by Anon

So we've had a cingular/tmobile/at&t cell site on our property since 2002. We just got a letter stating that within a week, they are terminating the lease with no explanations or reference to any section of the lease agreement. Anyone else have a similar situation? After 15 years, they just give a week's notice and term the lease? Can they do this? It's a 30 year lease that renews every 5 years.
