Mario your question is not specific enough.

I have seen cell tower leases rent for as little as $100 per year at an American Indian Casino courtesy of AT&T, and I have seen AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint and T-Mobile leases on rooftops leasing for well over $7,000 and $8,000 monthly. These were on mature leases that likely started out paying $3,000 to $4,000 per month.

I have seen cell towers with American Tower, Down Castle and SBA Communications and smaller cell tower management companies leasing for as low as $300 per month to over $13,000 per month.

In El Paso I have seen a carrier walk away from a small cell antenna lease where they were unwilling to pay $300 per month and they wanted to only pay $100.

I've seen leases in the $500 per month range to almost $3,000 per month range.

You need to compare apples to apples and each site's rental price is determined by several factors.
