I have a bell tower with a 99 year lease that I have been advised shouldn't be longer than 21 years in Ontario how do I find out if I can break lease?

We don't offer legal advice, just common sense.

Talk to a real estate attorney in your province about the 99 years. Common sense says that it's way too long of a term. Industry standard for wireless leases is 25 years , not sure where you got the 21 year number from, probably one of my competitors.
