If a trust owns land with a cell tower on it, is the tower lease automatically owned by the trust?

My brother and his wife deeded their privately-owned land to my brother's revocable living trust. He is now deceased and I am the beneficiary of his trust. When the land was titled to the trust, it had a cell tower on it with a lease in both my brother's and his wife's name. The tower lease remains in both their names and the land is still in the name of his trust. Is it correct to think that the trust will receive the tower income while the land is titled to the trust and that once it is in my name, I will directly receive the tower income? Do I inherit the lease along with the land?
