Marketing for new tenants

by Sandy
(Chicago, IL USA)

We have a building in Chicago, we had four carriers leasing space and now with US Cellular leaving the Chicago market we have an empty room and space on our rooftop. How do we find a new tenant for the space?

We have the three major players in the Chicago market as tenants, I am not sure if there are any other communications companies that would be interested.

Can't help you there...
by: Tower Genius

We can't help you but the word on the street is that if you call any lease buyout company out there, they will swear up and down to landlords that they will market their properties for new tenants. Yeah, right.
