Multiple buyout offers- who should I pick?
I have received multiple offers for the buyout of the lease on my building. I am tempted to go with the highest cash offer, since I think its unlikely that the buyout company will get another tenant (either that or all companies have the same chance of getting an additional tenant). I am next to a busy freeway in Southern California (over 350,000 cars per day) so I guess there is a possibility, but I think the area is probably already well developed. If the offers come in close to the same price, is there any company that it more likely than the others to get an additional tenant?
