Multiple offers to lease former AT&T tower location

(Oregon City, Or)

AT&T completed a conditional use to build a tower on our church property. Since the approval to build ATT has let the option to lease expire. The company that was going to build for ATT Diamond Communications also passed on the location. Now Atlas communications has made an offer to lease the ground. Once Diamond was notified of this they have stated they will be submitting a option to lease to.

My question is should both companies be notified this is multiple offers to lease and to submit highest and best by a certain time or should we go with the Diamond Communications which has a copy of the former lease agreement that ATT had.

Dump both of them. Feed the Mayo to the Tuna!

AT&T has put their building program on hold for well over a year now. Don't short change your church by putting a middle man in the picture. If they had a better location they's probably be looking there. Contact AT&T directly at RELeaseAdmin@att.com and tell them you want to see if they are willing to extend your option or reinstate it. The other 2 firms are just trying to pick low hanging fruit. Go straight to AT&T and cut out the other firms that will add zero value to the process.

If AT&T presents you with a new offer, please give us a call.
