New Cell Tower Lease -South Africa

by Jakkie
(Lanseria, Gauteng, South Africa)

1. Can you please assist me with possible question and information I need to obtain and be aware of before entering into a Cell Tower lease?

2. How do I determine the value of what the monthly/annual lease is worth?

Any support on this will be much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Jakkie B.

Cell sites South Africa

Jakkie, out of curiosity I'd like to take a look at your lease agreement and the location of the proposed cellular tower. We currently do not provide services outside of North America, and I believe you re +10 hours ahead of us here. If you could fill out a contact form on this website and provide your email and cell site location that would be helpful We will respond and then you can email us a copy of your lease agreement.

thank you
