New ownership, prior agreement with owner regarding substation.

We are interested in the purchase of a house tht has a substaion with now AT &T, owner says she had an agreement with them to use forever. Claims she cannot find the paperwork/agreement. Does the "lease" expire if property changes hands or is it perpetual?

Comments for New ownership, prior agreement with owner regarding substation.

See if they have something on file at the county.

Need to see what the lease says. There should be a memorandum of lease filed at the county.
