Reasonable fee to request for granting Easement?

by Stephen

I'm negotiating a lease currently and curious what others have gotten for granting an easement to the tower. Thanks.

What kind of easement are you negotiating?
Are they just crossing your property to get to the tower on someone else property and do they have other ways of accessing the tower?
Where is the location?
What's the zoning in the area like?
Is it for a major carrier or a tower developer?
