Roughly how much should I recieve from a cell tower lease???

I am currently planning on purchasing some land that already contains a cell tower. I don't really know much about the tower, but there is a gated driveway leading back about 1000ft to a fenced in building and cell tower beside it. There is one 3-corner antenna at the top of the tower. The tower is located in a rural area in northern Macomb County Michigan. I was curious about how much or what to expect the for the lease on the tower??? Thank you so much for any help, Jonathan

Get a copy of the lease and call us.

Make sure the cell tower is part of the deal and that the current owner has not sold its rights away foe a one time payment.

Also get copies of the existing lease, you have the rights as part of the owners full disclosure, and send it to us for us to review it and see what your rights are on the tower and the terms that exist so you know what you are dealing with.
