selling land that has a Cell Tower Lease

My Company has land that we now want to sell, which has a Cell Tower on the property.

The Company is a small family owned business, and is selling the 100 acres plus, because we need the working capital.

However, we have a Cell Tower Lease, and understood that they had first right of refusal. 2 years ago, however, my Bosses Mother had signed an "Amendment" to the Cell Tower company, and they are saying all they have to do is buy an easement for 5000 sq ft for a total of 650, and then they woill have to pay nobody for the monthly lease. We need someone help on this!

Selling the tower lease

Nancy please call us. We can take a quick look at the amendment. I wouldn't trust most of the tower representatives in the industry to operate your store's cash register, let alone give you a fair offer on a lease amendment where they have the Right of First Refusal. Half of them would be too stupid to operate your cash register, the other half would probably steal from you.
