unison buyout

by Linda
(west columbia, tx )

Unison purchased my lease option, they changed the original buyout to fit their needs/wants, when I questioned the final papers, unisons rep said it would be fixed before filing, it wasn't, now it's almost 4 years later and I am screwed with the legal aspects of selling my property including another piece of property that is not even adjoining the origional property, I WANT IT FIXED. Unison screwed it up now fix it.

Did you sign the deal?
by: Sean (Tower Genius)

Why would you sign a deal that had been altered?? Did you have the deal reviewed by legal counsel or an industry expert before you signed the deal?

If you signed the deal your only recourse would be to litigate against them if you believe the deal was in some way fraudulent.
