upcoming 700 mhz cell towers, Tucson, AZ

Hi,

We own property on which a Sprint Tower is located. We have received rent for about 17 years. When they upgraded to the 4G system awhile back there were a bunch of extra workmen present saying ours was the first for 4G and first solar powered site in the Tucson area. Crown Castle has been bugging us for the long term easement. We declined. They are now wanting us to make lease concessions saying that soon, when the new 700mhz system is adopted our lease may be cancelled in favor of someone else's that will work with them.
I have researched the 700mhz system and have found nothing conclusive and cannot find a map that shows the other 96 cell towers that Crown Castle says they have within a 10 mile radius of ours. Hmm… Does anyone have a clue when the new 700mhz towers will become reality? I don't like their shady negotiation style does anyone else has this problem?
