Value

How can I determine the value of my site? Just purchased the land and took over. Now they want to do a perpetual agreement as one of the options. Is there a way to calculate it?

It varies....
by: Sean (Tower Genius)

Yes it is possible, but there are many factors that go into determining the value. Depending on the need for the cell site it could vary from 7 x's revenue to 18 x's revenue. If you give us a call and answer a few questions we would be able to maximize your deal for you.
