I plan to buy the land which has an existing cell tower. The cell company may have an expired 5 year contract with the previous owner.The cell company promises to remove the antenna tower after 90 days from the closing date by signing the Affidavit of Fact.I plan to do some development on the land once I own the property so I want to remove the antenna tower. Do I have a right to remove the existing cell tower on the land if the cell company does not remove the cell tower after 90 days?The land is in Farmersville, TX.Thank you very much!
