Where are cell tower leases recorded?

We bought a one-acre homestead in 2012. We began to get letters from cell tower lease companies telling us not to sell our leases. We were totally confused. The letter stated clearly, "this is in reference to your home at --- Victor Dr. ----TX."

How do I find out if this property is named in a lease contract?

The tower is on someone else's property but is within 500 yards of my property. Is there any proven or assumed danger we should be compensated for?

Does it come upon your title? You may want to check it and run a title search. Maybe they have an easement through the property.

Carriers or Tower Companies generally file a Memorandum of Lease that is recorded on your title. Try to get in touch with the recorder of deeds and ask them.

Cell tower dangers?

No, I think people need to be more worried about high fructose corn syrup in foods.
